We offer a variety of Aquatic Exercise programs for all fitness levels—and you don't have to be a swimmer to participate! The program, which take place in the shallow waters, ranges from joint range-of-motion classes to high-intensity aerobic classes. Exercising in the water provides a challenging workout in a near weightless and zero-impact environment.

GroupEx reservations are required for all branches. Registration opens 48 hours in advance of the class. Walk-ins are welcome however, your spot will not be guaranteed without a reservation. Waitlist options are available for full classes. Waitlisted members will be automatically signed up for class as spots become available.

If you need to cancel your reservation, or you would like to remove yourself from the waitlist, please do so at least 1 hour before class to give another member an opportunity to sign up.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you arrive late, your spot will be given to a walk-in or waitlisted member.
